Candy's handbook finder accepts the model or product code. Its connected guidance refers to hOn or simply-Fi according to the appliance version, so say which interface produced the message. A command failing in an app should be described separately from a machine that starts at its panel but cannot complete washing.

Size and capacity labels leave important questions open

A slimline Candy dishwasher can have different furniture-door arrangements; width does not settle whether it is integrated. For a washer dryer, the washing figure is not automatically its drying allowance. The relevant guides help you report the actual fitting or load before a repair or separate replacement installation is assessed.
