Arrange fitting for a freestanding appliance or an integrated replacement suited to your kitchen. We check the model, available space and existing connections, including furniture doors and cabinetry where they apply.

Before ordering the replacement

Check the proposed model against its intended position and manufacturer installation requirements. A freestanding machine needs suitable space, access and connections; an integrated model also needs compatible cabinetry, ventilation and furniture-door arrangements. Send the model before arranging the fitting if anything is uncertain.

What we need to plan the fitting

  • The old and proposed appliance model numbers, including the exact version.
  • Whether it is freestanding, integrated or built in, plus safely available space or opening measurements.
  • Details of existing power, water, waste or ventilation connections where relevant.
  • Whether the new appliance has arrived and whether you need disconnection or removal of the old one.
  • The full service address and any steps, narrow access or building-entry arrangements.

Agreeing the work and price

Installation work and charges are agreed for your model, fitting and existing connections before an appointment is confirmed. Removal, disposal and changes to cabinetry, plumbing, electrical supplies or ducting are included only when expressly agreed in the quotation.

Installation is quoted for the fitting work required. The repair call-out arrangement does not set the price for a new installation. Gas installation is not included in these electric and domestic appliance fitting categories.

Send the old and proposed new models, the fitting position and any measurements already safely available. Describe existing connections and access restrictions. Leave appliances, furniture panels and electrical connections in place; the office checks the fitting work before it is agreed.
