An enquiry starts the conversation
Submitting the form does not reserve an appointment or take payment. The team confirms the property, appliance, work required, charges and availability with you.
Repair assessment
Repair options depend on the model, condition, fault and parts availability. Any diagnostic charge, additional work, parts costs and applicable guarantee are explained as part of the booking or quotation.
Installation scope
We need the appliance model, fitting space and existing connection details. Furniture changes, electrical circuits, plumbing, gas work, ducting and disposal are not automatically included; the agreed quotation sets out the scope.
Changes to an appointment
Please contact the office promptly if access or timing changes. Any cancellation or rebooking conditions will be provided when an appointment is confirmed.
