Describe where the cooling result has changed
Explain whether the concern affects the whole cabinet, one shelf or an individual drawer. Include any temperature reading already available and identify its source, rather than treating the selected setting as a measurement. Say whether the change is constant or something you noticed after a particular event. These observations help define the complaint without assuming that the thermostat or another component has failed.
Water, ice and door closure are useful separate details
Report visible water beneath drawers, persistent ice or a door that no longer closes normally. Mention recent movement of the fridge and whether it sits behind a furniture front. Do not remove internal covers, force an iced-up drawer or pull the appliance out to find a label. If cooling is unreliable, arrange suitable storage for the contents while appointment suitability is checked.

Does a working interior light mean the fridge is cooling?
No cooling conclusion should be drawn from the light alone. Describe the lighting and cooling observations separately, including any alert or display message.
