Describe the affected cooking function
Report the mode you were using when you noticed the problem, rather than testing every function again. A working light or turning fan does not establish that the oven is heating correctly. For a double oven, identify the upper or lower cavity; for inconsistent cooking, explain whether the change is gradual, sudden or limited to one setting. These observations help define the inspection.
Door problems and interruptions to the power
Tell us if the door sits unevenly, fails to close normally or has damaged glass, and stop using an oven with visible damage. If the electrical circuit trips, leave the appliance unused and report that separately from a display fault. Do not repeatedly reset the circuit to reproduce it. For a built-in oven, mention its cabinet height and any restrictions on access.

Identify the exact Bosch model
Bosch’s model finder identifies the E-Nr, FD and serial-number details on the appliance rating label. Bosch UK model-number finder
Copy the complete reference as printed, including any suffix. Use an accessible label or your appliance paperwork; leave built-in units, electrical covers and heavy appliances in place. If the label cannot be reached safely, explain this when you contact us.
If you are considering a replacement
For a replacement built-in oven, confirm the cavity size, the new appliance’s installation requirements and the existing electrical supply. New circuits or cabinet alterations need a separate scope of work.

Bosch oven repair questions
Can I book for an oven that has power but no heat?
Yes. State that the controls or light still work and identify the mode affected. The symptom alone does not prove which heating or control component has failed, so parts are discussed after the model and appliance have been assessed.
Is this page for gas ovens too?
This service page concerns electric oven enquiries. Tell the office if your appliance is gas or dual fuel, or if you are unsure. Work involving gas needs separate confirmation and appropriate specialist arrangements.
Arranging a visit inside the M25 or in Surrey
