Copy the Bosch identity fields separately

Bosch's identification guide distinguishes the E-Nr, FD and serial information. Send the complete E-Nr as printed, including its version suffix where shown, rather than only the product range or advertised capacity. Keep the other fields labelled in your enquiry so a production reference is not mistaken for the model.

The agreed charge covers the first visit, repair labour and any return visit needed to fit parts for the same agreed repair. There is no extra labour or repeat call-out charge for that repair. Parts are priced separately and approved before fitting.
