Describe heat and movement separately
Beko's no-heat guidance considers load and airflow as well as the need for technical assistance. Record whether the drum moved during ordinary use, whether the programme finished early and how damp the laundry remained. Do not repeatedly run a hot-smelling appliance or try to prove a belt fault by forcing the drum. A rotating drum does not establish that the heating system is working.
Use the right care for this dryer type
A vented machine, a condenser machine and a heat-pump machine need their own handbook. Tell us about any filter or water-container indicator and whether collected water goes to a tank or an existing drain. Routine accessible care may be appropriate under the manual, but do not remove internal covers or improvise washing a condenser. Persistent overheating, smoke or electrical tripping means stop using the dryer.
Stacking and access before the appointment
Give the complete model, approximate age, programme and recent change. Explain whether the dryer is stacked, integrated or in a confined space. Do not unstack it or move it to inspect the rear label; accessible paperwork can be used first. The office checks the appliance and required work before confirming the visit, with parts approved separately from the agreed repair charge.
Damp clothes after a completed Beko drying cycle
A cycle that finishes with damp clothes is different from a dryer that produces no heat or stops before its normal end. Beko's drying guidance considers overloaded drums and restricted airflow. Check the load limit in your model's handbook and whether an already visible ventilation grille is obstructed; follow only its accessible routine filter and container care. Do not apply condenser-washing instructions to a different dryer design. Tell us the programme, approximate load, observed warmth and whether the normal end message appeared. If results stay poor after permitted routine care, request assessment rather than assuming that a heater or sensor needs replacing.
Check the exact dryer against Beko safety notices
Beko's product-safety list includes notices for particular older condenser dryers, with different model and production ranges. Check the full model and serial number through the official safety links below; the Beko name or drum capacity alone does not establish whether your dryer is affected. If it is potentially affected, stop using it and follow that notice's manufacturer contact and safety instructions. Do not dismantle it to identify a component. A manufacturer safety modification should follow Beko's route, rather than be treated as an ordinary paid repair enquiry.

Safe checks and deciding your next step
For checks that do not involve dismantling the appliance, read the tumble dryer safety guidance. If you are weighing up a repair and a replacement, see what affects that decision. Your exact model handbook takes precedence over general guidance.

Beko tumble dryer repair questions
Can I use any Beko condenser-cleaning instructions?
No. First identify the dryer type and exact model. Routine care for one condenser design should not be applied to a different heat-pump or vented appliance.
What does the fixed repair call-out include?
For a Central London service address, the standard freestanding call-out is £90 plus parts. Integrated appliances of any brand start from £120 plus parts in Central London. Outside Central London, fixed call-out charges start from £75, depending on your appliance's make and model and whether it is freestanding, integrated or another appliance type. Our office confirms the service address and applicable amount by phone before arranging your visit. The agreed charge covers the first visit, repair labour and any return visit needed to fit parts for the same agreed repair. There is no extra labour or repeat call-out charge for that repair. Parts are priced separately and approved before fitting.
What details help with a Beko tumble dryer repair enquiry?
Identify heat-pump, condenser or vented type from the model information. Describe long drying, an early stop, no drum movement or a warning. Follow only accessible filter and tank maintenance in the exact-model manual; do not open the heat-pump circuit.
Should I contact Beko before booking an independent dryer repair?
If the dryer may have manufacturer, retailer or service-plan cover, check that provider first. Beko's official tumble-dryer repair page, linked below, routes customers by their cover. UKCDA is an independent repair business, not Beko's warranty service, and cannot decide a claim or assume an independent bill will be reimbursed. For a chargeable independent enquiry, send the model, dryer type and postcode so the office can check the work and access.
Does Beko's 10-year parts guarantee make my repair free?
Not automatically. Beko's published parts-guarantee terms have model and registration conditions, require its repair route and exclude labour. Check eligibility and the applicable charge directly with Beko before agreeing independent work. The parts guarantee is not a promise of a free UKCDA visit or free parts through an independent booking.
Local repair visits: M25, Surrey, DA and RM
Our service territory includes addresses inside the M25, all Surrey and every DA and RM postcode, including DA and RM addresses outside the motorway. Coverage is not a promise of an immediate appointment: the office confirms the model, required work and visit arrangements.
Send the full address, appliance details and best visit contact. UKCDA checks the enquiry, explains the applicable charges and confirms an appointment with you. Parts availability and further work are assessed for the individual appliance. The request form does not take payment or reserve a visit.
