INDEPENDENT BEKO REPAIR ENQUIRIES

Beko electric & induction hob repairs | M25, Surrey, DA & RM

For a Beko hob, start with its fuel and heating type: induction, ceramic, solid plate or gas are not equivalent repair requests. Identify the affected zone and controls and provide the model before the office confirms suitability.

Central London freestanding call-out £90; integrated from £120; other areas from £75. Parts extra.

For a Central London service address, the standard freestanding call-out is £90 plus parts. Integrated appliances of any brand start from £120 plus parts in Central London. Outside Central London, fixed call-out charges start from £75, depending on your appliance's make and model and whether it is freestanding, integrated or another appliance type. Our office confirms the service address and applicable amount by phone before arranging your visit.

What is included, and what costs extra?

The agreed charge covers the first visit, repair labour and any return visit needed to fit parts for the same agreed repair. There is no extra labour or repeat call-out charge for that repair.

Parts are priced separately and approved before fitting. A different fault, another appliance, installation, removal or alterations require a separately agreed scope and quote.

Describe the fault, not a guessed part

Send the complete model reference, any displayed code, fitting type and full postcode. Include any suffix on the model label where shown. Only photograph a safely accessible label; do not remove covers or move a heavy machine.

UKCDA is not the manufacturer's service. Check an existing manufacturer guarantee or service plan before booking a chargeable visit. Shared manufacturer ownership does not mean parts or fault codes are interchangeable between models.

One zone or the whole hob

Report whether one zone failed, several zones stopped or all controls became unresponsive. Include any displayed symbol and whether the concern began after a power interruption. Do not repeatedly reset a supply that trips, touch a damaged glass surface or remove the hob. For induction models, describe the cookware and selected zone already used; an indicator alone is not a universal failed-board diagnosis.

A replacement must match more than its outside width

Beko's fitting guidance states that worktop cut-out requirements depend on the model. Send the old and proposed references, worktop material and any measurements already available. Do not lift the hob or enlarge the opening yourself. Electrical connection, space beneath the appliance and manufacturer requirements are reviewed separately for installation, rather than assumed compatible because two hobs look alike.

Gas is a separate eligibility check

This guide does not publish a gas-service qualification claim. Describe the fuel type so the office can determine whether the requested work is within the currently confirmed service scope. Do not attempt ignition or gas-connection work as preparation. For electrical or glass damage, leave the appliance unused and report the issue without dismantling it.

Safe checks and deciding your next step

For checks that do not involve dismantling the appliance, read the electric & induction hob safety guidance. If you are weighing up a repair and a replacement, see what affects that decision. Your exact model handbook takes precedence over general guidance.

Details to include with this request

  • Complete model and induction/ceramic/solid-plate/gas type.
  • Exact zone and any control message.
  • Recent supply changes and existing damage.
  • Old/new models and existing worktop details if replacing.

Identify the exact Beko model

Beko's model finder distinguishes appliance types and label locations. Copy the complete model and serial number from safely accessible paperwork or a label; do not remove a fitted appliance to find it. Beko UK model and serial-number finder

Copy the complete reference as printed, including any suffix. Use an accessible label or your appliance paperwork; leave built-in units, electrical covers and heavy appliances in place. If the label cannot be reached safely, explain this when you contact us.

For the manufacturer’s explanation of the feature discussed here, see Beko UK model-specific support.

If you are considering a replacement

Provide the replacement model, worktop material and existing opening dimensions if known. Mention an oven or drawers beneath it and any planned worktop or electrical changes.

Beko electric & induction hob repair questions

Will a hob of the same width fit the old opening?

Not necessarily. Beko directs customers to model-specific aperture requirements. The opening, clearance and connections must be checked for the proposed appliance before fitting is agreed.

What details help with a Beko hob repair enquiry?

Report the affected zone, displayed symbols and whether different suitable pans behave differently. Tell us the fuel or hob type so the office can confirm suitability; do not attempt internal electrical or gas work.
