Map the fault to the correct range section
Heavy-appliance access and fuel limits
Keep the range in position and explain restricted access, uneven flooring or recent installation changes. A photograph you already own can show its layout without moving it. Gas or dual-fuel work requires separate eligibility confirmation; this electric/domestic enquiry guide makes no promise to accept gas repairs or gas installation.
Clock and timer information
Beko uses different clock designs, so use the exact manual for ordinary timer controls instead of applying another cooker's reset sequence. Explain any flashing clock, timer symbol or recent power cut alongside the affected cooking function. Keep a tripping, overheating or damaged appliance unused. No cover removal or supply adjustment is needed to make an enquiry.
Safe checks and deciding your next step
For checks that do not involve dismantling the appliance, read the range cooker safety guidance. If you are weighing up a repair and a replacement, see what affects that decision. Your exact model handbook takes precedence over general guidance.

Identify the exact Beko model
Beko's model finder distinguishes appliance types and label locations. Copy the complete model and serial number from safely accessible paperwork or a label; do not remove a fitted appliance to find it. Beko UK model and serial-number finder
Copy the complete reference as printed, including any suffix. Use an accessible label or your appliance paperwork; leave built-in units, electrical covers and heavy appliances in place. If the label cannot be reached safely, explain this when you contact us.

Beko range cooker repair questions
Is a cooker enquiry confirmation that gas work is available?
No. Fuel type and relevant eligibility must be checked separately before accepting any gas or dual-fuel work. These pages do not make a Gas Safe registration or manufacturer-authorisation claim.
What does the fixed repair call-out include?
For a Central London service address, the standard freestanding call-out is £90 plus parts. Integrated appliances of any brand start from £120 plus parts in Central London. Outside Central London, fixed call-out charges start from £75, depending on your appliance's make and model and whether it is freestanding, integrated or another appliance type. Our office confirms the service address and applicable amount by phone before arranging your visit. The agreed charge covers the first visit, repair labour and any return visit needed to fit parts for the same agreed repair. There is no extra labour or repeat call-out charge for that repair. Parts are priced separately and approved before fitting.
What details help with a Beko range cooker repair enquiry?
Identify the fuel type, exact model and affected cavity, grill or hob zone. Use the manufacturer's safety-notice route if applicable. Do not move the range, remove panels or recreate a trip or burning smell. Gas work requires separately confirmed eligibility.
Local repair visits: M25, Surrey, DA and RM
Our service territory includes addresses inside the M25, all Surrey and every DA and RM postcode, including DA and RM addresses outside the motorway. Coverage is not a promise of an immediate appointment: the office confirms the model, required work and visit arrangements.
Send the full address, appliance details and best visit contact. UKCDA checks the enquiry, explains the applicable charges and confirms an appointment with you. Parts availability and further work are assessed for the individual appliance. The request form does not take payment or reserve a visit.
