INDEPENDENT WHIRLPOOL REPAIR ENQUIRIES

Whirlpool dishwasher repairs | M25, Surrey, DA & RM

For a Whirlpool dishwasher, describe the sounds and display before water enters as well as the final wash result. A filling complaint, a leak and cloudy glassware need different information.

Central London freestanding call-out £90; integrated from £120; other areas from £75. Parts extra.

For a Central London service address, the standard freestanding call-out is £90 plus parts. Integrated appliances of any brand start from £120 plus parts in Central London. Outside Central London, fixed call-out charges start from £75, depending on your appliance's make and model and whether it is freestanding, integrated or another appliance type. Our office confirms the service address and applicable amount by phone before arranging your visit.

What is included, and what costs extra?

The agreed charge covers the first visit, repair labour and any return visit needed to fit parts for the same agreed repair. There is no extra labour or repeat call-out charge for that repair.

Parts are priced separately and approved before fitting. A different fault, another appliance, installation, removal or alterations require a separately agreed scope and quote.

Read the charging terms
Describe the fault, not a guessed part

Send the complete model reference, any displayed code, fitting type and full postcode. Include any suffix on the model label where shown. Only photograph a safely accessible label; do not remove covers or move a heavy machine.

WATCH A SHORT EXPLANATION

Dishwasher problems explained

An overview of filling, circulation, heating and draining, with possible fault areas and when professional assessment is needed.

Press play when you are ready. English captions are available in the player controls. Open the video file if playback is unavailable.

A general explanation of possible problems, not a diagnosis or instructions for dismantling your appliance. Illustrative appliance views may differ from your model. This is not a brand-specific error-code guide or a manufacturer's video.

Read the written summary

A written overview of the symptoms and next step, not a word-for-word transcript.

Poor washing, standing water, a stopped cycle and a leak are observations, not a diagnosis. Filling, circulation, heating, drainage and control arrangements vary by model, and the source of a leak may not be immediately visible.

Tell us the model, exact displayed message and symptoms. Stop using a dishwasher that leaks, smokes, smells burnt or trips the electrics, and leave internal inspection to a suitably competent engineer.

Ready to describe the problem? Send the symptoms, full model and postcode. The team confirms suitability, availability and applicable charges.

Explain the start of the cycle

Tell us whether the machine responds to start, a pump can be heard and a message then appears. Mention recent sink or waste work and water remaining from the previous wash. Leave concealed pipes and lower panels in place. These observations help assess appliance and fitting together, not assume a valve has failed.

Wash deposits versus a stopped programme

Explain whether every item or only glassware is affected, whether food remains and whether the cycle finishes. Include the programme and ordinary detergent/rinse-aid changes already made. Avoid describing every film as a heating fault or repeatedly running a leaking machine to compare results.

Panel version and furniture door

Use the Whirlpool UK manual for the model/service reference and normal user care. State the fitted door arrangement and any plinth interference. Do not detach the front or tilt an integrated unit. If replacement is discussed, both references, opening and door compatibility are reviewed separately.

Safe checks and deciding your next step

For checks that do not involve dismantling the appliance, read the dishwasher safety guidance. If you are weighing up a repair and a replacement, see what affects that decision. Your exact model handbook takes precedence over general guidance.

Details to include with this request

  • Model/service reference and panel message.
  • Start sequence and water left.
  • Completed wash result and affected items.
  • Furniture front and recent plumbing.

Identify the exact Whirlpool model

Give the full model and service details from accessible paperwork. Use Whirlpool's UK manual finder for this product rather than applying instructions for a different market or appliance type. Whirlpool UK appliance manuals

Copy the complete reference as printed, including any suffix. Use an accessible label or your appliance paperwork; leave built-in units, electrical covers and heavy appliances in place. If the label cannot be reached safely, explain this when you contact us.

For the manufacturer’s explanation of the feature discussed here, see Whirlpool UK appliance support.

If you are considering a replacement

Tell us whether the new dishwasher is slimline or full width and whether it is fully integrated, semi-integrated or freestanding. Include the old and new models and any furniture-door or plinth details.

Whirlpool dishwasher repair questions

Does cloudy glass mean the heater needs replacing?

Not by itself. Give the cycle result, affected items and normal product/settings history. An inspection must establish the cause before parts are agreed.

What is included in the fixed repair call-out?

For a Central London service address, the standard freestanding call-out is £90 plus parts. Integrated appliances of any brand start from £120 plus parts in Central London. Outside Central London, fixed call-out charges start from £75, depending on your appliance's make and model and whether it is freestanding, integrated or another appliance type. Our office confirms the service address and applicable amount by phone before arranging your visit. The agreed charge covers the first visit, repair labour and any return visit needed to fit parts for the same agreed repair. There is no extra labour or repeat call-out charge for that repair. Parts are priced separately and approved before fitting.

What details help with a Whirlpool dishwasher repair enquiry?

Explain whether water remains after a programme, cleaning is poor, the machine will not fill or a leak is visible. Tell us whether it is integrated, freestanding or slimline; do not remove the plinth or tilt the appliance to investigate a code.

Whirlpool dishwasher F01: overflow

Model check: Whirlpool UK service-table models; verify display system.

For dishwashers matching Whirlpool's UK service table, F01 indicates overflow protection. The warning does not locate the source of water. Stop using the machine and arrange inspection; other Whirlpool code systems require their own model reference.

Whirlpool dishwasher F03: drainage

Model check: Whirlpool UK service-table models; verify display system.

For dishwashers matching Whirlpool's UK service table, F03 concerns a failure to drain within the expected time. The exact model determines the applicable code system. An engineer can distinguish a restriction from a component or control fault.

Whirlpool dishwasher F10: heating

Model check: Whirlpool UK service-table models; verify display system.

Whirlpool's UK dishwasher service table identifies F10 as a heating-element fault indication for its covered code system. It is not confirmation to order an element. Match the model first and have the heating circuit assessed.

Whirlpool dishwasher F11: wash pump

Model check: Whirlpool UK service-table models; verify display system.

For dishwashers using Whirlpool's UK service table, F11 identifies the wash-pump system. This is different from a drain-pump diagnosis. Give the engineer the model and explain whether water circulates; inspection is required before deciding on replacement.
