Make uneven or missing heat easier to describe
Tell us whether the oven remains cold, heats more slowly than before or gives an uneven result on the setting you normally use. For a double oven, identify the cavity; for a compact or multifunction model, state which function was selected. Do not present a working display as proof that the heating system is functioning. Observations from the last ordinary use are sufficient to start the enquiry.
Record controls and fan behaviour separately
Explain whether the selector, touch controls or display react normally and whether the fan sound has changed. Note any error message without repeatedly restarting the appliance. If it trips the electrical circuit or has visible glass damage, stop using it. Access planning should include the oven’s position in the cabinet and whether another built-in appliance sits immediately above or below it.

Copy the complete reference as printed, including any suffix. Use an accessible label or your appliance paperwork; leave built-in units, electrical covers and heavy appliances in place. If the label cannot be reached safely, explain this when you contact us.

Can a fan still turn when the oven is not heating?
It is possible to observe a turning fan alongside a heating complaint; report both facts. That does not identify the failed part. The particular model and its operating functions need to be checked during assessment.
What if the oven has more functions than a standard electric oven?
Give the complete model and identify the specific function affected. Specialist or combination functions require suitability to be checked in advance rather than assumed from a general oven booking.
