Keep the operating symptom separate from cabinet movement
Report what happens during the wash and spin, including a noise or vibration that reaches the furniture around the machine. Mention recent cabinet, floor or installation work. A rattling kitchen front does not by itself identify a mechanical failure inside the washer. Conversely, an appliance that stops with water inside needs that symptom recorded even if a furniture-door problem is also present.
Prepare information without pulling out the appliance
Tell us whether the drum contains water, whether the door opens normally and where any leak is visible. Leave the plinth, hoses and electrical connections alone. If the model label cannot be read from an accessible position, use paperwork or explain that it is hidden. Note which adjacent cupboards or narrow passages may affect a safe service visit.

For an integrated replacement washer, check the furniture-door fixings and available depth as well as the cabinet width. Provide the new model and describe any work needed to the existing connections.

Can I book if I cannot reach the model sticker?
Yes. Tell the office it is not accessible and provide any model reference on your purchase or installation paperwork. A missing reference may need follow-up, but it is not a reason to move a heavy fitted machine yourself.
Does the repair include changing kitchen furniture?
Not automatically. Describe any furniture problem as part of the enquiry so the scope can be checked. Cabinet alterations and appliance repairs can involve different work and must be agreed before proceeding.
